Baga Beach
You can find unspoilt and scenic beauty on Baga beach .The quiet ambience and isolated location makes it favorite of the beach lovers. It is more popular with western tourists who want to enjoy both water sports activities and active night life at Anjuna and Vagator. The sand here is brown and palm groves nearly touch the water' edge.Baga river flows on the one side making it ideal for families with small children who want to enjoy cool water splashes. There are a group of rocks at the point where river and sea meets. It presents unique scenario when the sea crashes against the rocks. There is a solid line of hotels for about 3 km along the main Calangute -Baga road and along lanes between the road and the beach. Some of them offer spectacular views of the sea. |

An extension of Calangute beach Baga is small and perfect beach part of the 30 km long beach coastline along the western coast of Goa by the Arabian Sea and 10 km west of Mapusa.It begins with Fort Aquada and ends at Chapora beach and Fort.
